Included in pricing is rental of the barn space and the acreage it sits on, parking, outdoor pew benches that seat approximately 160 people, round table seating for 256 people - 32 round 5 ft tables, 275 chairs, 10 long 8' buffet tables, 8 cocktail tables, wooden sweetheart table, 10 ft bar with chalkboard, large commercial refrigerator, ice chest, stainless work table, stainless sink, two stainless steel trough drink coolers on stands, and two arbors. The barn is equipped with several electrical outlets, including 20 amp outlets for restroom trailers and 50 amp outlet for food trucks.
The barn does not have heat or air conditioning. There are 8 large ceiling fans that move a lot of air. The building, especially when filled with people, holds temperature well. Heaters are an option for cool weather. We will discuss options upon booking.
The barn does not have restrooms at this time. Portable potties can be rented from Got-A-Go Rentals. Call

Clients handle set up, tear down and cleaning for their event. Set up, tear down and clean up services are available at additional cost should clients not want to do this themselves. Clients bring their own food, food truck, or caterer, alcohol, decor and other items desired. Clients rent the barn and bring in what they want to transform the space into their personal dream event.
